Recipe: 3 cups Long Grain Rice 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric 1 Chopped Onion 1 Teaspoon Curry powder 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds 2 Diced Carrots Handful Mixed Peppers 2 Garlic Cloves Handful Green Beans 2 Maggi Cubes 1/2 Cup Frozen Petit Pois/Peas 1//2 Cup Sweetcorn 1) Wash Rice to remove excess starch and add the turmeric and cook using your preference method. 2) Heat oil and fry onions, with the curry powder and Cumin seeds until golden brown 3) Add the carrots and allow them to sweat for 2 minutes and follow with the mixed bell peppers. 4) Stir in the garlic and allow to cook for 1 minute 5) Add the green beans and season with 2 Maggi Stock cubes 6) Add the frozen peas and sweet corn and cook until peas are thawed. 7) Toss in the cooked rice and fry until the veg is well combined.Remove off heat and serveSocial MediaFacebook – Avarese Kitchen Instagram – @avarese_kitchen Snapchat – avaresetutorial
